Nutrition Plan
Regardless of your exercise program or anything else, the no.1 most important part of your health will always be nutrition.

The state of your gut and the stuff that goes through it affects everything you do and everything you feel and the science now backs this up.

Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine said 'let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food'. He wasn’t wrong. The only problem is that in today’s world, the medicine is being slowly removed from the food chain whilst at the same time we are trying to replace it with added ingredients and pharmaceuticals. One example being butter. Real butter from grass fed cows contains medicine in the form of vitamins A, E and K2, omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid, butyric acid, arachidonic acid and medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).

A good nutrition plan will take these things into account in order to ensure healthy and sustainable eating and my plans include many natural medicines (foods) which you can find at the supermarket.
